Initial Infrastructures
Initial Infrastructures is an IT architect and integrator for French SMBs and small businesses. The offer covers the full IT stack: sovereign hosting, operated network, managed IT, Linux migration, and a digital practice (websites and custom apps) inherited from Fork Agency, which was merged into the company in 2025. One promise across all of it: the code stays yours, the data stays in France, and the quote comes after proper scoping.
Services: sovereign hosting and datacenter for production workloads; private data retention environments instead of public clouds; designed and operated networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, segmentation); managed IT with supervision, backups and incident handling; Linux migration paths off Microsoft for businesses aligned with French sovereign IT policy; websites and custom apps built with the digital agency know-how absorbed from Fork (Webflow, Make, .NET, JavaScript stacks); custom AI system integration plugging LLMs into operational workflows, plus self-hosted AI tooling (OpenWebUI, Ollama, n8n-driven agents) for teams that need AI without sending their data to a third-party cloud.
My role: co-founder. I lead the platform side - the public website, the custom CRM that holds the commercial workflow, and Crawlswarm, the lead-generation SaaS that feeds the CRM. I also lead the digital agency practice (web projects and automations) and run the commercial structuring for France and the West region. The network and integration delivery is led by my partners with deeper field expertise on that part.
Stack visible here: the company website itself, built with Next.js 14, React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind, next-intl for FR/EN, MDX for the blog, Resend for transactional email, Framer Motion for transitions, all deployed on a self-hosted Docker stack.
